Lincoln Property Company to Start 305K-SF Spec Distribution Center in Emerson

Lincoln Property Company Southeast is preparing to break ground on a 305,000-square-foot, Class A distribution facility in Emerson, GA after closing on a land sale for the project in July. The facility is expected to be completed in the fall of 2023.

LakePoint 75 will be located about 35 minutes northwest of Atlanta off Joe Frank Harris Parkway SE, one mile from I-75 and two miles from downtown Cartersville. The facility features 36-foot clear heights, 67 dock-high doors, 37 trailer parking spaces and 170 auto parking spaces. The complex will also offer green space and outdoor amenities for its industrial tenants including grills, outdoor activity space, communal seating and open-air meeting space.

LakePoint 75 sits 28 miles from I-285, 50 miles to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and 75 miles from Chattanooga. Since its inception in 1965, Lincoln has developed over 239 million square feet of office, industrial and retail projects as well as 216,000 apartment units.
