Lincoln Property Company Expands PNW Leadership Team

National real estate firm Lincoln Property Company has announced two personnel moves in the Pacific Northwest, hiring Ryan Feigelson as Senior Vice President and promoting Lee Morrison to Senior Vice President of Leasing and Asset Management. The two will be based at the company’s office in Portland, OR.

A native Oregonian, Feigelson has nearly 20 years of real estate experience and most recently served as Vice President at NBP Capital. In his new role, Feigelson will be responsible for expanding the company’s portfolio by sourcing acquisition and development opportunities across the state of Oregon.

Throughout his career, Morrison has facilitated the management, leasing and repositioning of over six million square feet of commercial properties throughout the Pacific Northwest. In his new role, Morrison is responsible for expanding leasing and asset management business lines across Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

“With these new positions, Lee and Ryan will ensure our clients and partners benefit fully from all that Lincoln has to offer,” said Lincoln Property Company EVP Patrick Gilligan.
