Lincoln Property Company Expands DC Leasing Team
Lincoln Property Company has appointed McKay Elliott as vice president of leasing in Washington, D.C.
In her new position, Elliott plays a key role in overseeing leasing strategies, prospecting, deal tracking, reporting, and negotiations. She is based in Lincon’s Washington D.C. office and is part of the local leasing team, led by Adam Biberaj and Merrill Turnbull. Elliott reports to Brandon Ernst, Senior Executive Vice President and Mid-Atlantic Market Leader.
Elliott brings more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, she served as an Assistant Vice President at Akridge, where she represented building owners in lease transactions as both a third-party agent and an in-house representative.
She has participated in lease transactions involving executive office suite occupants and building-anchor law firms. Prior to Akridge, she started her real estate career at Transwestern, managing leasing, marketing, tenant outreach, and market analysis.
