Lincoln Property Company Brings $100M Multifamily to Atlanta’s Echo Street West

Lincoln Property Company is developing 292-unit multifamily as part of Echo Street West, the $265 million mixed-use village rising on Atlanta’s Westside.

The $100 million community, Vibe, will have 20% its units designated as affordable at 80% area median income. Lincoln Property Company points to the rise in jobs and investment from tech companies, such as Microsoft’s forthcoming Westside campus, as the key driver for apartment demand in the area.

“Multifamily follows jobs and we’ve seen a behavioral shift in wanting to live where you work,” said Tony Bartlett, EVP at Lincoln Property Company. “Vibe is at the forefront of catering to the new post-pandemic lifestyle – situated in an open-air, walkable village where you can work from anywhere, shop, eat local, and connect with the community.”

The first phase of Echo Street West includes 300,000 square feet of office, 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant, entertainment and event venues, and 3.4 acres of greenspace.

She supported two membership-elected presidents who were commercial real estate practitioners, and managed the communications initiatives of the organization’s commercial special interest group. When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as she makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
