Lincoln Property Company Appoints Jared Toothman to Lead NYC Market
Lincoln Property Company has appointed Jared Toothman as executive vice president and market leader to lead the company’s operations in the New York City market.
In this role, Toothman will be responsible for growing the company’s real estate services across New York City, including acquisitions, development, capital markets, project management, leasing, and property management. He will report to Lincoln’s Co-CEOs, Clay Duvall and David Binswanger.
Jared Toothman joins Lincoln from Vornado Realty Trust, where he was a senior vice president overseeing acquisitions, development, and capital markets functions for various property types. “Launching and leading the New York City office for a premier national development and property management firm, now armed with the resources to compete effectively at scale in this global real estate hub, is an opportunity I had to seize,” said Toothman.
