Lincoln Property Co. Adding More Multifamily Units to Its Fairview Town Center Venue
Lincoln Property has owned the million square foot mixed-use project since 2017. They’ve spent over $50 million to upgrade the center, which includes hotels, restaurants and retail. The center has over 50 retail stores, 15 restaurants and two hotels. It’s situated in the NE Dallas suburb of Fairview on 200 acres.
Lincoln Property is ready to build the fourth multifamily complex at the project site, which is located at US Highway 75 and Stacy Road. The 620,000 square foot project is expected to cost over $86 million. WDG Architecture is designing the development. Move-in is expected in early 2024.
Dallas/Fort Worth has more than 56,000 apartment units under construction and is one the fastest growing apartment markets in the country.
