Lincoln Property Buys 140 Acres Near Luke Air Force Base
Lincoln’s southwest division, LPC Desert West (LPC), completed the $53 million deal in Glendale, Arizona, adjacent to the famous Luke Air Force Base. Called Luke Field, the site will include three buildings totaling 1.26 million square feet, 604,000 square feet, and 416,000 square feet, 2.3 million in all. The project costs are estimated at over $500 million. The three buildings are all near LPC’s other prominent project, Park303.
LPC’s John Orsack says the area is attracting solid users, “We have countless global industrial users to establish operations within the Loop 303 and Northern Parkway corridors. Luke Field is designed to attract those tenants and the economic and employment stability that they represent for the Valley”.
Corporate neighbors to Luke Field include Walmart, Boeing, Microsoft, White Claw, UPS and others. Construction is expected to begin on Luke Field Q4 2022 and complete Q1 2024.
