Lincoln Property Acquires AMP&RSAND Creative Office Campus

CBRE facilitated the $92-million sale of AMP&RSAND at 350 Camino De La Reina in San Diego’s Mission Valley submarket. Lincoln Property Company acquired the office complex from CIM Group.

CBRE’s Matt Carlson and Hunter Rowe facilitated the sale, while Scott Peterson, Michael Kolcum and Colby Matzke from CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance practice secured financing. Originally the home of the San Diego Union-Tribune for more than 40 years, the 13-acre site has been renovated into a Class A creative office campus totaling 343,202 square feet across two interconnected buildings.

“AMP&RSAND is an example of how historic assets can be reimagined to meet the evolving demands of today’s workforce,” said Carlson. “Its blend of architectural character and modern amenities creates a truly differentiated office experience in the San Diego market.”

The property is located immediately off Interstate 8 near Interstate 5 and State Route 163, with convenient access and connectivity to San Diego’s economic drivers.
