Lincoln Midwest, Mobile Doorman Partner on Apps

Chicago-based Mobile Doorman is partnering with Lincoln Property Company on a new series of apartment management apps for the multifamily giant’s entire Lincoln Midwest portfolio, including 22 properties in Chicago alone. Lincoln already utilizes Mobile Doorman technology at select properties across Illinois, Minnesota, Texas and Tennessee.

“Since joining forces in 2016, we could not have envisioned a more collaborative and driven partner to share our Mobile Doorman successes with,” said Bob Matteson, Mobile Doorman’s founder. “We’re eager to continue innovating the resident experience through mobile apartment management alongside the entire Lincoln Midwest team.” The rollout across the Lincoln Midwest portfolio is expected to be completed by the end of this quarter.

This past December, Mobile Doorman rolled out version 3.0 of its custom-branded apartment management app, which features new functionalities along with a revamped design.
