Lincoln Lands Cobb County Leasing Assignment

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been awarded the leasing assignment for Corporate Plaza in Marietta, GA. Lincoln Vice President of Office Gil Russell will oversee leasing of the 187,000-square-foot office building.

Corporate Plaza is located at 1950 Spectrum Circle SE, with convenient access to I-75 and I-285. It boasts a newly remodeled café and fitness center, a conference and training room, 729 free surface parking spaces and 200 covered parking spaces.

“I am pleased to add this notable Cobb County asset to Lincoln’s portfolio of top-tier leasing assignments across Metro Atlanta,” said Russell. “Corporate Plaza is positioned near some of the most sought-after amenities in the submarket, including The Battery just a short drive away. I am looking forward to introducing more prominent tenant prospects to the property as the Cumberland area continues to gain popularity as one of the top places to live and work.”
