Lincoln Converting Phoenix Airport Office Park to Industrial Use

Lincoln Property Co. is turning an office park into an industrial campus. The city of Tempe has approved a plan that allows the company to make the required changes for a 254,000-square-foot industrial park.

Lincoln hopes to begin construction on Sky Harbor Logistics in the first quarter of 2026 and anticipates completing the project by 2027.

Upon full completion, Sky Harbor Logistics will have two industrial facilities, each totaling 127,000 square feet. The minimum size requirement for tenants at Sky Harbor Logistics will be between 18,000 and 20,000 square feet. Lincoln will be in charge of its own leasing.

The Phoenix Business Journal reports Lincoln purchased the project’s site in an all-cash deal from Wentworth Property Co. for $18.3 million. Last month, the developer demolished two buildings — a 218,268-square-foot office building and parking garage — that previously sat on the 16.25-acre site.
