Lincoln, Bridge Investments Open Downtown Santa Cruz Apartments

Lincoln Property Company and Bridge Investment Group joined with city leaders and community members recently for the grand opening of RiverRow, Lincoln’s first development in Santa Cruz. RiverRow features 175 apartments overlooking the San Lorenzo River, reportedly the first community in downtown Santa Cruz to do so.

“RiverRow reflects the diverse and lively character of downtown Santa Cruz while delivering much-needed housing and new retail in this pedestrian-friendly community,” said Brandon Wang, EVP at Lincoln. “We’re proud to invest in the long-term vitality of this dynamic city, and grateful to our partners and the city for the collaboration and support needed to bring this vision to life.”

Santa Cruz Mayor Fred Keeley noted that the project achieved a longstanding commitment. Since the U.S Army Corps of Engineers built the river levee following the 1955 floods, “our backs have faced the river, and now we can see and enjoy the beautiful San Lorenzo River as a community.”
