Lincoln Advisors has acquired the Northwest Medical Center medical office building in Atlanta, GA from Harrison Street and HealthAmerica Realty Group.

Lincoln Advisors Acquires Class A Medical Office in Atlanta’s Buckhead Neighborhood

Lincoln Advisors, an affiliate of Dallas, TX-based Lincoln Property Company, has acquired the Northwest Medical Center, a four-story, 149,202-square-foot medical office building located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, GA.

Lee Asher, Zack Holderman, Jordan Selbiger, Trent Jemmett and Cole Reeth of with CBRE represented the seller, joint venture between Harrison Street (an investment management firm) and HealthAmerica Realty Group (a commercial real estate firm that focuses on medical real estate), and procured the buyer.

“CBRE was able to source a buyer who was comfortable closing in the midst of multiple large-scale projects, including a major tenant build-out on the terrace level and construction of an additional parking structure on the north side of the property,” said Asher.

Northwest Medical Center is located at Located at 3280 Howell Mill Road and is currently 81% leased to 25 tenants with a weighted average remaining lease term of approximately 9.4 years.
