LIHTC Veteran Joins Marcus & Millichap

Jeremiah Jarmin has joined the Affordable Housing Advisors (AHA) of Marcus & Millichap as a senior national director LIHTC. Based in Southfield, MI, Jarmin will oversee a newly branded division of AHA which will focus on the brokerage of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties nationwide.

Before joining AHA, Jarmin began his career as an attorney where he specialized in commercial real estate transactions. Jarmin spent the past decade at a national brokerage firm, where he was the founder and national director of its affordable housing group.

“We could not be more excited to bring in an industry veteran to launch our LIHTC platform,” said AHA’s executive managing director, Andrew Daitch. “Jeremiah’s experience, work ethic and business acumen combined with the unrivaled resources of AHA and Marcus & Millichap, will provide general and limited partners of LIHTC properties with best-in-class brokerage services within the Section 8 and LIHTC industries.”
