Lightstone Unveils Sales Gallery for Upper East Condo Build with Local Feel

Lightstone has opened the sales gallery at 40 East End, its new Upper East Side boutique condominium designed by Deborah Berke Partners and Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, Architects. Corcoran Sunshine is handling sales for the 29-unit project, which are anticipated to begin this month with prices ranging from $3 million to $25 million.

Berke, an Upper East Side resident who also serves as dean of the Yale School of Architecture, based the project’s design on local historic architecture.

“It’s rare to have the opportunity to work with a visionary architect like Deborah Berke in her own backyard,” said Lighthouse president Mitchell Hochberg. “With her intimate understanding of the neighborhood, she and her team have designed a building with exceptional details and the highest level of finishes that harnesses the tranquil and welcoming feel of East End Avenue.”
