Lightstone Adds Ex-BXP Exec to Life Sciences Team 

Lightstone, a New York-based real estate firm, has recruited Chris Maciejczak, a former executive from BXP and JLL in Boston, to spearhead its life sciences real estate division.  

Tasked with managing a six-building life sciences portfolio solely based in Greater Boston, Maciejczak aims to expand the firm’s presence in the region and beyond, largely focusing on conversions rather than new developments. 

Having departed BXP, where he served as vice president of life science operations, Maciejczak expressed enthusiasm for the autonomy afforded by Lightstone compared to larger firms like Boston Properties.
