The apartments at 365 Bond are already 80% leased — even though work just finished on all the indoor and outdoor spaces at the new rental community by the side of the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn, NY.

Lightstone began leasing the 430 luxury apartments at 365 Bond in April 2016. That works out to a lease-up of more than 30 apartments per month — even though workers were still busy.

“We’re thrilled that the building’s unique design, its features, and our specialized amenity offerings have resulted in the project leasing at record numbers,” said Mitchell Hochberg, president of Lightstone.
