Lighthouse Immersive Leases Pier 36 Space for Van Gogh Exhibit

JLL completed a 70,000-square-foot lease at Pier 36 in New York City on behalf of Lighthouse Immersive Inc. to accommodate Immersive Van Gogh, an interactive exhibit coming to New York City this summer. The tenant signed a short-term lease with Pier 36/Basketball City.

Lighthouse Immersive was represented by JLL VP Charles Gerace and director Alexander Riguardi.

“This is an extraordinarily powerful exhibit that will instantly become a top destination for all New Yorkers and visitors to the city,” said Gerace. “The dynamism of the exhibit, which is ideally located at Pier 36 on the Lower East Side, is a perfect complement to the energy that will define New York City as it emerges from the pandemic.”

At Lighthouse Immersive, producer Corey Ross said, “Our New York exhibition will be by far our most ambitious.” Immersive Van Gogh has sold more than 1.5 million tickets since its July 2020 launch.
