Lighthouse Bible Church Becomes Owner-User of San Diego Office Property

CBRE arranged the sale of a 25,600-square-foot office property located at 5015 Shoreham in San Diego. The buyer was San Diego Lighthouse Bible Church, which paid $13.5 million.

CBRE’s Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo, Matt Harris and Casey Sterk represented the private seller, Shoreham LLC.

“This is a high-quality, well-located office asset in one of San Diego’s most dynamic submarkets,” said Pourcho. “The property’s modernized, creative layout makes it ideal for owner-users looking to attract top talent and enhance workplace experience. With the newly approved CO-3-3 zoning in Governor Park, the site now offers expanded use potential, including medical, which further strengthens its long-term investment appeal.”

Built in 1985 and recently renovated, the single-story building features onsite showers, an outdoor patio with seating and EV charging stations. It is situated on a 2.47-acre lot in San Diego’s Golden Triangle, with convenient access to major freeways, including Interstate 805 and State Route 52.
