Lift Partners Pay $30M for M3 Business Center

Tukwila’s M-3 Business Park, at 1001-1061 Andover Park E., sold for $30 million to San Francisco-based investment company Lift Partners. The business center was listed for sale by George Rockwell of The Andover Co. and Zac Snedeker of CBRE, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. The sellers are listed the JMS Family Trust and M-3 Properties LLC, which is governed by Michael Smooke.

The company plans to rehab the buildings, which span 32,365 square feet and occupy 7.2 acres at the business park located near Westfield Southcenter Mall and a Costco warehouse. The M-3 Business Park center has 13 tenants and is nearly fully leased. The property is conveniently located near the SeaTac Airport and offers easy access to both I-5 & and I-405, which are just five minutes away.
