Lifespace Takes Ownership of Geneva Senior Living Facility

Lifespace Communities has finalized a transaction with Friendship Senior Options (FSO) to transition sponsorship of one of FSO’s communities in the Chicagoland area, GreenFields of Geneva. Financial terms are not being disclosed at this time.

FSO will continue to provide management services through the end of June 2023, at which time the community will fully transition to Lifespace management, systems and support.

The community offers a total of 257 independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing residences. GreenFields opened its doors in 2012 and is located in Geneva, IL, a western suburb of Chicago.

““The addition of GreenFields advances our ongoing strategic objective to engage in the rigorous and disciplined pursuit of growth opportunities to scale, build regional density and diversify our core business,” said Jesse Jantzen, Lifespace president and CEO.
