Life Time is not your run-of-the-mill strip mall workout center. It’s a 124,000 square foot fitness colossus with dozens of amenities for most likes and age groups. The brand’s 30th Texas location has opened its doors in Missouri City, southwest of Houston. Dedicated to fitness, health and overall lifestyle needs, the brand straddles the space between gym and country club. The new club and resort are members-only.

The Life Time Sienna facility at 8421 Highway 6 offers seven pickleball courts; six studios for Pilates, yoga, barre, group fitness and cycle classes; and a large work-out floor with options for cardio and resistance training.  Life Time’s new location also has luxury spaces for recovery with steam and saunas within dressing rooms, along with a spa and cafe.

The beach resort has water slides, a leisure pool, a six-lane lap pool, a zero-depth entry pool, lounge chairs and cabana seating, and a poolside bistro service. There is also an indoor lap pool.
