Life Time Executes Full Building Lease at Lakeshore

Lakeshore, a 900,000-square-foot class-A mixed-use office and retail campus in Irvine, recently executed a full building lease of 90,000 square feet with Life Time. The deal also includes 24,000 square feet of exclusive outdoor space.

Life Time will serve as one of Lakeshore’s anchor tenants as a member-based athletic resort. When open in the second half of 2022 at 18007 Von Karman Ave., it will include numerous fitness-related amenities. Other highlights will include a full-service fast-casual LifeCafe, a full-service LifeSpa and a Kids Academy.

Lakeshore, operated by Sentre, is a multi-building high-rise and mid-rise campus comprising approximately 750,000 square feet of office space and 150,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space.

“This significant transaction speaks to the outlook of the health and wellness industry in Southern California where living a healthy way of life is seemingly woven into the region’s coastal culture,” says Robert Lambert, Cushman & Wakefield executive director.

The transaction was completed by Lambert, Rick Kaplan and Greg Brown with Cushman & Wakefield’s Irvine office representing the ownership. Life Time was represented by Scott Riddles and Trace Rouda of CBRE’s Newport Beach office.
