Life Time Comes to PENN 1 With 53K-SF Lease 

Life Time, a healthy lifestyle brand, has announced a lease agreement with Vornado Realty Trust to occupy over 53,000 square feet in PENN 1, located next to Madison Square Garden. 

The facility will feature an indoor pickleball club with seven new courts, lounge seating, and a bar. The opening of Life Time at PENN 1 will occur in two phases, starting in the summer of 2023, offering a state-of-the-art athletic club followed by the addition of the pickleball courts in early 2024.  

Debuted in 2016 with Life Time Sky at 605 W 42nd Street, Life Time plans to expand with three new destinations in New York at The Brooklyn Tower, Brooklyn Crossing, and Park Avenue South in 2024. Joe Mastromonaco of Atlantic Retail represented Life Time in the transaction.
