Life Care Services Opens Second Senior Living Community in NJ 

Life Care Services (LCS), the third-largest operator of senior living communities in the US, revealed its second senior living community in New Jersey, The Delaney at The Green.  

Following the success of its first New Jersey location in Bridgewater, LCS has now introduced a second facility in Morris County, specifically at 110 Park Avenue in Florham Park. Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and furnished by StudioSix5, The Delaney features 128 independent living, 58 assisted living, and 34 memory care apartments.  

The community offers an array of amenities, including various dining venues, a salon and spa, fitness studios, a movie theater, a pet-friendly environment, and a range of life enrichment programs and events.
