Lickerman Leaving Cushman & Wakefield; Mobley Promoted
Tod Lickerman, Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Executive of the Americas, has left the Chicago-based commercial real estate services firm, according to industry sources. Chicago real estate veteran Shawn Mobley (pictured above right) is reportedly being promoted to fill the CEO Americas role. The company declined to comment, and it is unknown where Lickerman, who has nearly three decades of CRE experience, may be headed next.
A post on Lickerman’s LinkedIn page indicated “After 4 great years helping to lead DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield I’m happy to say that I’m taking a well-earned break. Congratulations and best of luck to my colleagues, brothers and sisters at C&W, I’m proud to be an alumni!”
Lickerman, who joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 from JLL, was responsible for leading the Americas region including all geographic markets, service lines and businesses.
Mobley most recently served as President of the East Region for Cushman & Wakefield and the leader of the Chicago offices. He was responsible for the firm’s operations in the Eastern part of the U.S., Canada and for the company’s industrial platform in the Americas.
