Liberty Property’s Driscoll Will Oversee Midwest Portfolio

Neal Driscoll, VP and market officer for Liberty Property Trust in Illinois and Minnesota, has been tapped to oversee the company’s 19-million-square-foot portfolio across the Midwest. He will add properties in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, Columbus and Indianapolis to his responsibilities.

Driscoll joined Liberty in 2005, serving initially as VP of leasing and development of the Wisconsin portfolio. In 2012, his role was widened to include the Illinois portfolio.

Three years later he was promoted to VP and market officer of Liberty’s Illinois/Wisconsin portfolio, responsible for overseeing all aspects of development, leasing and property management. In 2017, his role expanded to include the Minnesota portfolio as well.

Prior to joining Liberty, Driscoll focused on industrial and investment real estate for Inland Companies in Milwaukee, and for Colliers, Turley, Martin and Tucker in Minnesota.
