Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.
Liberty Property Trust purchased a newly-completed 176,000-square-foot industrial building at 2000 W. Baseline Road in Rialto, CA for $22 million. The Class A, LEED-certified building features an office area, 32-foot clear height, 21 dock doors, a concrete truck court and is situated on 8.45 acres.
In separate transactions, the company also acquired two pieces of land, one each in Rialto and Ontario, CA, where it plans to break ground on projects later this summer.
The Rialto site encompasses nearly 17 acres at Valley Boulevard and Spruce Avenue that was acquired for $23.2 million. The planned 401,106 square foot industrial building will be named I-10 Valley Logistics Center, and is slated to deliver in Q2 2019. Colliers International’s Mark Zorn represented Liberty.
Also purchased was a nearly five-acre parcel on Cucamonga Avenue at Acacia Street in Ontario for $6.5 million. A 95,058-square-foot building is planned to deliver in Q2 2019.
