LGE Delivers Two Developments Across Metro Phoenix

Phoenix-based LGE Design Build completed a pair of projects in Metro Phoenix. The developments include The Hub in Goodyear and The Collab in Gilbert (pictured).

The Collab is a four-story, mixed-use project in Downtown Gilbert’s Heritage District at 325 N. Ash St. The project brings 40,500 square-feet of dining, shopping and office space to one of the fastest-growing entertainment hotspots in Arizona.

The Collab offers floor-to-ceiling glass, views of the Gilbert water tower and an expansive balcony on the top floor. Spec suites are already under construction on floors two and three, with completion set for June 15.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Scott Boardman and Dave Carder are handling the office leasing assignment, while OX Urban Properties’ Jose Ramirez and TJ Claassen are handling the retail space.

LGE Design Build also completed construction on The Hub, 793,000-square-foot industrial development in Goodyear. The flagship project features 40-foot clear heights and 190-foot deep truck yards.
