LG building 20-story residential highrise in Nashville

LG Eyeing 20-Story Nashville Apartment Project

LG Development Group is moving forward on plans for a 20-story residential tower on 1711 Broadway that could consist of 396 units. The site plan request submitted to the city planning office also includes a 6,000-square-foot retail space.

Norr Design Inc. and Raleigh-based Kimley-Horn & Associates are involved in the project.

The Nashville Business Journal reports LG acquired the Music Row neighborhood site last month. The firm paid $14.1 million for the Midtown property near the intersection of Broadway and Division Street.
