LG Ads Relocates from Coworking Space into First Permanent NYC Headquarters

Avison Young arranged a 20,748-square-foot lease on behalf of LG Ads, the advertising division of LG, at 115 Broadway in Lower Manhattan, establishing the global adtech company’s first permanent New York City headquarters. The relocation from coworking space more than doubles the company’s footprint in the market.

Senior director Peter Johnson and associate Ryan Grecco of Avison Young represented LG Ads.

“LG Ad Solutions’ commitment at 115 Broadway illustrates Downtown’s appeal to technology and advertising companies seeking accessibility, workplace quality and long-term value,” said Johnson. “Our role was to translate those advantages into the right fit for LG’s team, its future hiring plans and broader business objectives.”

Avison Young has served as LG Ads’ exclusive real estate advisor since 2021, supporting the company’s growth from approximately 100 employees to more than 600 globally. During that time, LG Ads expanded its footprint across multiple markets.
