Lexington Homes Starts Sales, Construction of Geneva Townhomes

Chicago-based Lexington Homes has started site work on Geneva Crossing, a new 40-townhome community in Geneva, Illinois.

Located at 2763 Stone Circle, the community is located a seven-minute drive to the Geneva Metra station, which provides service to downtown Chicago’s Ogilvie Transportation Center via the Union Pacific West line. Geneva Crossing is convenient to multiple major retailers and restaurants and is also less than a 10-minute drive from historic downtown Geneva, which offers a variety of shops and dining options.

The three-level townhomes measure from 1,780 to 2,278 square feet and feature two to four bedrooms, 2½ to 3½ baths, balconies and attached rear-facing garages. The community will feature the Mews series of home designs, similar to Lexinhgton’s other townhome community in Morton Grove. “These are the most flexible and functional townhome designs we have offered, with the option to add a private suite to the lower level, which many buyers today seek for multi-generational living,” he said.
