Lewisville to Receive Industrial Facility

A 121,000-square-foot, Class A industrial project is planned for Lewisville, TX.

ML Realty Partners is developing a speculative facility that will accommodate mid-sized tenants, along Highway 121 and Midway Road, near Sam Rayburn Tollway. In nearby Coppell, TX, the company recently developed a business park titled Park West Crossing.

“Between this new facility and the recently completed construction of Park West Crossing Phase II, we are very confident in the market conditions,” ML Realty Partners’ Matt Smith said.

Tenants could start moving in as early as spring 2018. Henry S. Miller Brokerage’s Dan Spika is leading leasing efforts.
