Lewisville ISD Puts 251-Acre Portfolio Up for Sale

The Lewisville Independent School District is offering 11 properties totaling 251 acres for sale. The acreage is spread across Carrollton, The Colony, Lewisville, Flower Mound and Highland Village, all fast-growing suburbs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Maureen Kelly Cooper, Chris Harden, Ryan Duffie and Michael Thomas are representing the Lewisville ISD in marketing the properties, which range from 3.5 acres to 80 acres. The parcels are being offered individually, in groups, or as an entire portfolio, and consist of undeveloped, vacant land at infill locations in established neighborhoods.

The broker anticipates interest from developers, based on the school district and location to amenities such as Lake Lewisville and Lake Grapevine.
