The Levin Johnston team at Marcus & Millichap recently completed six multifamily sales totaling more than $19 million across the Bay Area

Levin Johnston Team Completes Six Bay Area Deals

Levin Johnston of Marcus and Millichap has closed six multifamily transactions in the Bay Area totaling more than $19 million. The closed transactions include the following:

  • 454 Paula Ct., Santa Clara – $4.1 million
  • 360 Chiquita Ave., Mountain View – $3.9 million
  • 1150 Greenwood Ave., San Carlos – $3.51 million
  • 317 Elm St., San Mateo – $2.75 million
  • 903 Adams St., Redwood City (pictured) – nearly $2.6 million
  • 3719 Emerson St., Oakland – $2 million
