Levin Johnston Completes $26M Sale of Hayward Townhomes

Multifamily brokerage team Levin Johnston of Marcus & Millichap has completed the $26 million sale of Mission Bay Village, a 52-unit multifamily community in Hayward, CA. 

According to Senior Managing Director Robert Johnston, the property has recently undergone over $1 million in capital improvements. “Even amidst economic headwinds, the multifamily market in the East Bay presents a tremendous opportunity for long-term value creating, given its low vacancy rates, top-tier employment opportunities and high quality of life,” said Johnston, who along with the firm’s Adam Levin and Kevin Turner represented both parties in the deal.

Situated on 2.85 acres on Mission Boulevard, just south of Tennyson Road, Mission Bay Village consists of one- and two-bedroom townhouse style floor plans. Community amenities include a pool and hot tub, playground and pet play areas.
