Levin Buys 19K-SF Supermarket in Monmouth County

Levin Properties paid an undisclosed price for ACME Center, a grocery-anchored retail center in Manasquan in New Jersey’s Monmouth County.

“This site enjoys a prominent location in the center of Manasquan, which made it an appealing long-term acquisition opportunity,” said Robert Carson, executive vice president for Levin Management Corporation (LMC), which advised Levin Properties on the transaction and is now the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the property.

The two-acre property at 71 Taylor Ave. is fully-occupied by a 19,000-square-foot ACME supermarket.
