Levey Group has broken ground on a two-warehouse 661,000-square-foot industrial project in Pearland. Levey Logistics Park is on 38 acres at 14699 Almeda School Road in Pearland. Levey Group acquired the property in October 2022. Harvey Builders has signed on as general contractor. Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2025.

One of the buildings is a 496,000-square-foot cross-dock warehouse and the other a 165,000-square-foot rear-load building. The project includes 185-foot truck courts, excess trailer parking and 60-foot speed bays. Users will have direct access to Beltway 8 via Riley Road, Almeda School Road and Levey Lane.

Michael Foreman and Allison Bergmann with Cushman & Wakefield will oversee leasing for Levey Logistics Park.

Levey Logistics Park is about 3 miles from Levey’s five-building, 546,000 square-foot Business Center at Five Corners. Other Levey Group projects along Beltway 8 include the 286,000-square-foot, four-building Sam Houston Business Park in northwest Harris County, and the planned East Sam Houston Business Park, a planned 1-million-square-foot project.
