Level Ex Doubles Down in Move to 180 N. LaSalle

Savills completed a corporate headquarters relocation for medical video game company Level Ex to Ivanhoé Cambridge’s 180 N. LaSalle St., a 760,000-square-foot Class A office tower in the Loop. Occupying a full floor at the 38-story tower, Level Ex’s new location is more than 20,000 square feet, double the size of its previous office in River North.

“As a leading tech city, Chicago continues to attract startups and established tech companies in search of funding, talent and a more affordable workforce in comparison to select markets on the East Coast or West Coast,” said Savills’ Jon Azulay, who represented Level Ex with colleague Adam Mitchell. “Level Ex’s move is a prime example of the robust growth of the technology industry in the city.”

The sub-landlord, Newell, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s James Stein and Jack Tunnicliff.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
