LES Mixed-Use Properties Come to Market

The tri-state investment sales group for Avison Young has gotten the assignment to sell two mixed-use properties on the Lower East Side. Asking price for each property is $5.5 million.

A six-story mixed-use building located at 87 Chrystie St., overlooking Sara D. Roosevelt Park, has four free-market and six rent-stabilized apartments, as well as a retail unit. The property’s gas and electric systems were recently updated.

Overlooking Columbus Park is 102 Bayard St., a five-story building with three free-market and 15 rent-stabilized apartments, as well as a vacant retail unit. The property also includes a large courtyard common outdoor space.

An Avison Young team comprised of James Nelson, principal and head of tri-state investment sales, along with directors Brandon Polakoff, Mitchell Levine and David Shalom, associate director Eric Karmitz and associate Bradley Rothschild, is marketing the buildings on behalf of the owner.
