Leon Capital Sells Two Multifamily Assets, Reduces Portfolio by 334 Units

Leon Capital Group sold two multifamily properties in Benbrook, TX to Madera Residential. The seller had acquired the properties, Hillstone on the Trail and Hillstone Trinity Oaks, in 2015 for value-add purposes. Taylor Snoddy with Transwestern represented Madera Residential in the transaction.

During the hold period, Leon Capital’s investment involved interior upgrades, as well as exterior renovations. Both properties now have stone facades, resort-style swimming pools and amenity areas.

The apartment complexes are within a two-minute drive of each other, and are adjacent to Trinity River Walking Trails. The 168-unit Hillstone on the Trail is at 5707 Bellaire Dr. South, while the 166-unit Hillstone Trinity Oaks is at 5608 Royal Lane.
