Lennar Debuts Next Phase at SF Shipyard Development Amid Strong Sales

Lennar opened the final east-facing phase of Palisades, part of the 750-acre SF Shipyard community in San Francisco’s South Waterfront/Hunters Point area. The mixed-use development is planned for 12,000 homes, 300 acres of public space, 500,000 square feet of retail, and more than three million square feet of research and development.

Lennar’s Garrett Chan says, “We are excited to introduce this next phase of the Shipyard community to Bay Area home shoppers seeking great design in a thoughtfully planned community setting. With stunning views available on select home sites, unparalleled amenities and a unique waterfront location, there really is no other place like it in the city.”

The townhomes feature private entrances, two-bay garages and private rooftop decks. Floorplans include design details such as hardwood flooring, gourmet kitchens, elegant finishes, and European appliances, while the rooftop decks leverage the sunny microclimate. The distinctively designed townhomes offer the functionality and privacy of a single-family home in a condominium setting.
