Lennar Breaks Ground at 1,226-Acre Fort Monmouth Redevelopment

Lennar has broken ground on The Premiere at Monmouth, a new community of single-family homes and townhomes within the 1,226-acre Fort Monmouth redevelopment in Eatontown, NJ. Rising on a site that sat vacant for more than two decades, The Premiere at Monmouth will feature 32 single-family homes and 188 townhomes. Sales are anticipated to begin in late fall 2026.

“The Premiere at Monmouth gives Monmouth County families a new place to call home at the center of one of the most exciting redevelopment stories on the Jersey Shore,” said Dana Romano, New Jersey–New York division president for Lennar. “We are proud to bring this community to Eatontown and to be part of Fort Monmouth’s next chapter.”

Convenient to NJ Transit rail service, the new development will be minutes from the future Netflix Studios East campus, a 292-acre production facility expected to generate significant employment and economic activity in the region.
