
Lendlease Starts Construction on San Francisco Tower
Global Real Estate and Investment Management Group Lendlease, has begun construction on 30 Van Ness, a 47-story, mixed-use tower in San Francisco. The 540-foot tall building, with a projected end-value of $1.15 billion, will house 290,000 square feet of office space, 333 condominium residences and a ground level retail and community space.

Designed by SCB Architects with sustainability features and LEED Platinum certification, 30 Van Ness will feature modern workspaces, and each floor will have outdoor terraces, open floor plates, 14’-6” floor-to-floor heights and dynamic glass. The building will also have touchless access throughout along with ionic air purification in the elevators.
