Lendlease Names Monique Henley as New York City Leader
Lendlease has appointed Monique Henley as executive general manager, New York, for its Americas development business. Henley is based out of Lendlease’s New York City office and reports directly to Mark Dickinson, managing director of development, Americas.
Henley joins Lendlease with nearly two decades’ experience and has sourced, developed or asset managed 8.7 million square feet of institutional real estate. Prior to Lendlease, Henley was VP and regional director – Southeast development for Rockefeller Group.
Most recently, her focus has been on the establishment of a residential and mixed-use platform in Atlanta, culminating in a 19-story, 64-unit condominium development, along with land sourcing and pre-development of a 60-story multifamily and office tower.
“Monique’s breadth of development experience and proven track record of operational success, across the full project life cycle, will benefit the entire organization as we continue the growth and execution of our East Coast pipeline,” said Dickinson.
