Lendlease, John Buck Co. Launch Pre-leasing at Two-Tower Porte

Pre-leasing is underway at Porte, a two-tower, mixed-use development under construction at 855 W. Madison St. in Chicago’s West Loop. A project of Lendlease Development, its co-developer The John Buck Company and partner Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, it’s expected to see its first move-ins in late spring.

“Occupying a full city block, Porte is a dynamic live/work/play community designed for Chicago’s premier live/work/play neighborhood,” said Lendlease Development’s Ted Weldon. “The sheer size of the site allowed us to create not one, but two towers with a diverse mix of floor plans and amenities that reflect the wide appeal of this location.”

Porte offers studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 546 to 1,591 square feet, with rents starting at $2,170 per month. Renters can also choose from a collection of two-bedroom townhomes, with monthly rents starting at $7,240.
