Lendlease Hires Sterling Bay’s Turilli as Development Manager

Lendlease has hired Paul J. Turilli as senior development manager in its Chicago office. Turilli (pictured) will lead the execution and delivery of Southbank, Lendlease’s seven-acre neighborhood development along the South Branch of the Chicago River.

“Paul’s successful track record of executing large-scale developments throughout Chicago is invaluable as we move forward with future phases of Southbank,” said Ted Weldon, the newly-appointed executive general manager of development for Lendlease’s Chicago office.

“With a resume boasting senior roles on many award-winning developments, including McDonald’s global headquarters in Fulton Market and CH Robinson’s Midwest headquarters in Lincoln Yards, Paul understands our core philosophy of urban regeneration and how those principles can best be applied at a prominent riverfront site like Southbank,” Weldon added.

Turilli joins Lendlease from Sterling Bay, where as VP he focused on all aspects of development. He also previously held positions with Arcadis, Valenti Builders and Habitat for Humanity.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
