Lena’s Signs Lease, Tastes Success
There is literally no place to sit at Lena’s Italian Kitchen in Manhattan’s Kip’s Bay neighborhood. The new restaurant offers its home-cooked meals exclusively for take-out and delivery. Owner Paul Nicotra signed a 10-year lease for 1,100-square-feet at 551 Second Avenue between 30th and 31st Streets.
“Lena’s Italian Kitchen only opened a few weeks ago and already Paul is doing a terrific business,” said Joe Robinson, senior director for Eastern Consolidated, which represented the tenant. “Paul wanted to be in this area of Manhattan because it’s densely populated and there are a number of hospitals nearby.”
