Lehr Automotive Expands Regional Operations with Pittsburg Lease

Colliers arranged one of the largest industrial leases along the Highway 4 Corridor this year. Lehr Automotive has signed a long-term agreement for a 58,000-square-foot industrial facility at Empire Business Park located at 701 Willow Pass Rd. in Pittsburg.

Represented by Colliers SVP Bill Hillis and EVP Curt Scheve, Lehr Automotive will substantially increase its assembly capacity with this expansion and bolster its regional operations, which also include locations in Sacramento and Reno. The tenant is a leading provider of emergency vehicle upfitting services and equips police, fire and other public safety fleets with advanced technology and specialized equipment.

“This move reflects Lehr’s continued growth and commitment to supporting public safety infrastructure,” said Scheve. “The Empire Business Park location offers the scale and flexibility needed to meet Lehr’s growing demand.”
