Legion Investment Group Launches Sales on Upper East Side Condos

Legion Investment Group has launched sales at 109 E. 79th, its luxury condominium project on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Steven Harris Architects in collaboration with Rees Roberts + Partners, the project represents a neighborhood debut for Harris.

“Bringing a new residential development of this caliber to one of New York City’s most in-demand neighborhoods is an opportunity that rarely arises,” said Victor Sigoura, founder and CEO of Legion Investment Group. “109 E. 79th’s prime location – with 100 feet of frontage just off Park Avenue –  afforded us the ability to create a unique collection of ultra-private residences featuring dramatic volumes of space, an unparalleled level of refinement, and a robust suite of club-like amenities.”

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing is the property’s marketing and sales agent. Prices range from $5.5 million for a two-bedroom residence to $35 million for a full-floor penthouse with private roof terrace.
